How We Build

Every RoboSoft Works engagement follows a six-phase process.

• Discovery & Strategy: Week 1–2. We dive deep into your business requirements, target audience, and market context to define a clear, validated roadmap. Deliverable: Project Brief & Technical Scope.
• Planning & Architecture: Week 2–3. Our architects design the system infrastructure, database models, and select the optimal technology stack for your specific scale and performance needs.
• UI/UX Design: Week 3–5. We create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. You review and approve every screen before a single line of code is written.
• Agile Development: Week 5–14. Our engineers build your product in two-week sprints, providing regular demos and incorporating feedback. Full transparency with daily standups and GitHub access.
• QA & Testing: Week 13–15. Rigorous automated and manual testing across all devices and browsers to ensure security, performance, and bug-free operation before go-live.
• Launch & Support: Week 15+. Smooth, zero-downtime deployment to production environments, followed by ongoing SLA-backed maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
